Your experience as a customer of Eco Mama & Babe is of the utmost importance - we strive to save you time, money and ensure you adore the clothes you dress your Little Ones in. We want you to have a Big Brand experience, every time you purchase from us.
Included with your order was a Returns form and package. All you have to do is
Eco Mama & Babe will receive the goods within 5 working days.
All items must be returned exactly as they were when you received them, with original tags still on the garment.
We are happy for you to exchange items for a different size. Please request the new size using the relevant section on the Returns form.
Once we have received the goods to be exchanged, we will prepare a new order. You will receive a new order confirmation via email when the goods are ready to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch all exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
If the item is not in stock at that time, we will contact you via email to arrange either a store credit or refund.
We are happy for you to return items for either a store credit or a refund (via your original method of payment). Your preferred method of refund can be indicated on the Returns form.
Once we have received the goods to be returned, we will process the refund. We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
Store credit will be sent via email and are valid for 12 months from the date of processing.
As we do not ship to countries outside the United Kingdom, we are unable to take Returns from outside the United Kingdom.
